3.2 Fees and Payment

‍If you purchase a subscription, it will auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle. NextMaven AI does not offer partial refunds. You retain access through the end of the paid term.You may cancel through your account settings or by emailing hello@nextmaven.ai.

‍If you have a dispute with NextMaven AI, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@nextmaven.ai to attempt informal resolution. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly.

‍10.2 Binding Arbitration

‍If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both you and NextMaven AI agree to resolve it through binding arbitration in Hong Kong, rather than in court, except for certain types of claims as outlined below. This includes any claims related to the use of the Services, these Terms, or our business relationship.

(1) You waive the right to bring a lawsuit in court or to have a jury trial
(2) You may not bring class actions or collective claims against us

10.3 Arbitration Procedure

(1) The arbitration will be conducted in English under the laws of Hong Kong
(2) A single arbitrator will be appointed through the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC)
(3) Each party will bear their own legal costs, unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator

Any decision by the arbitrator will be final and binding.

‍You may opt out of arbitration by emailing hello@nextmaven.ai within 30 days of your first use of the Services. If you opt out, you agree that any legal dispute must be brought exclusively in Hong Kong courts.

‍We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Termination may occur without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.We may also discontinue the Services (or any part of them) at any time without liability to you.

‍NextMaven AI is not responsible for disputes between users. You agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to mediate or get involved in such disputes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.

(3) Claims must be brought within one (1) year or be waived
